El sistema no se aguanta. Las personas lo padecemos, lo sufrimos. Aumentan los robos de alimentos, eso es hambre no codicia. Sin embargo, cualquiera diría que no hemos caído lo suficiente, que necesitamos el hedor de un pozo más profundo para reaccionar. Las injusticias suceden al sin sentido de las acciones de nuestros gobernantes, mientras cortinas de humo intentan distraer nuestra atención.
Hace ya muchos meses una persona dijo “no vamos a pasar hambre” y hace menos, escuchábamos en un corte de radio a otra persona cuyo grito nos dolía a todos. ¿A qué esperamos para reaccionar?
He conocido el egoísmo de algunas personas en todos los ámbitos, empresas, políticos, ONG’s, trabajadores, sindicatos, …. y he vivido cómo además, se mantienen muchas de estas estructuras, y personas, por su oposición a otras, sin tener un sentido propio en su quehacer. Sólo son, en la medida que se enfrentan a otro.
El sistema tiene que cambiar y lo tenemos que cambiar entre todos. No podemos admitir que algunos, unos pocos, nos vendan su solución desde la voluntad de cuidar su espacio por encima de otros. Al contrario, es tiempo de trabajar en una dirección única. La sociedad es de todos y nuestros gobernantes son los administradores de nuestra voluntad y eso es lo que les hemos de exigir. Para ello es necesario dejarles claro cuál es nuestra voluntad, qué es lo que queremos, algo que nuestros hechos les han de demostrar. Por ello, es necesario que actuemos, que pasemos a los hechos.
Debemos tender puentes de colaboración entre los mundos que otros se han empeñado en separar porque su poder viene de ahí. El empresario local, el pequeño y mediano empresario, que es el mayoritario en nuestra tierra, es un actor social que no vive tan lejos de su entorno y que es más, lo necesita. La interdependencia entre los diferentes actores de la sociedad es real y es de ciegos no reconocerla. Son unos pocos, aquellos que ya no son de nadie y que tan solo rinden cuentas a su capital y/o su ego, los que se afanan en seguir contraponiendo a los actores pues su unión podría poner en peligro su hegemonía. Es una táctica vieja y usada, separar las partes y ponerse en medio para envenenar y distorsionar la convivencia. Lo hemos vivido muy de cerca y lo reconocemos con facilidad.
En estos momentos nosotros volcamos todo nuestro esfuerzo en tender puentes y proponer soluciones de forma que todos encontremos el lugar en el que seamos útiles, a esta, nuestra sociedad. Es esta la única forma de construir soluciones. Hay que cambiar el sistema obsoleto y no permitir que nos confundan con falsas acciones que no hacen sino, perpetuar esta situación para el beneficio de unos pocos.
Las grandes estructuras que se crean en todos los ámbitos son las principales causantes de la distancia entre lo que necesitamos y lo que tenemos. Sus intereses no son los nuestros, luchan por pervivir en sus castillos. Pequeños sindicatos, partidos, empresas, entidades civiles, corporaciones locales,…. y las personas, una a una, somos la sociedad en su inmensa mayoría y sin embargo, son menos los que dicen y deciden.
Estamos construyendo alternativas e instalándolas desde dentro del sistema pero si no reaccionamos todos, tardarán mucho en encontrar una realidad. Exijamonos responsabilidad, coherencia y, por lo que últimamente vemos lo más difícil, empatía y generosidad para poder compartir un camino de salida.
SOMOS EMPLEADOS, VECINOS, CONSUMIDORES, EMPRESARIOS, POLÍTICOS, ESTUDIANTES, … Todos somos y actuamos en función de los papeles que desempeñamos en cada momento. Aunque nos empeñemos en separarnos, todos juntos tenemos la CORRESPONSABILIDAD de cambiar esta situación por el bien general.
