La UNED y NITTÚA ofrecen un curso de formación para capacitar a profesionales que generen valor económico, social y financiero como tutores del personal de inserción sociolaboral.

El trabajador acompañante es un empleado de la plantilla con conocimiento del sector y cierto grado de responsabilidad, que reparte su horario entre su actividad laboral habitual y la formación y acompañamiento de personal de baja cualificación, especialmente de trabajadores en riesgo de exclusión social. En esta faceta compaginan la enseñanza de tareas propias del puesto con habilidades de tipo social, como la relación con compañeros y clientes, o la importancia del orden o la puntualidad, y la tutela y apoyo en actividades de reinserción externas a la empresa (búsqueda de vivienda, respeto de controles médicos o aspectos legales). El fin último de su intervención es conseguir la autonomía de los tutelados, de forma que sean capaces de gestionar sus necesidades y de avanzar en su trayectoria profesional según sus capacidades.

Hasta ahora, dicha figura sólo había existido en empresas específicas de reinserción social, pero la propuesta de la plataforma Nittúa se centra en extenderlo a la empresa ordinaria. Este proceso no implicaría contrataciones nuevas, sino la capacitación de profesionales de la plantilla, con el objetivo de obtener una mayor rentabilidad del peonaje de baja cualificación ya contratado. Dicha apuesta se basa en la convicción de que este perfil profesional emergente contribuirá a generar valor económico a partir del incremento del valor social de la empresa, un proceso que puede percibirse en primera instancia con la mejora de la imagen de marca.

Para generalizarlo, Nittúa se ha asociado con la UNED para ofrecer un curso de formación que dará comienzo a finales de diciembre próximo. Perfectamente compatible con los horarios laborales (on-line), está diseñado para que los alumnos aprendan a transmitir tanto la metodología y tareas propias de su trabajo, como habilidades sociales y las estrategias de relación y coordinación con el área de recursos humanos. Entre las herramientas concretas que se les enseña a desarrollar están la realización de diagnósticos de empleabilidad del personal de baja cualificación y la elaboración de itinerarios de asistencia y aprendizaje, adaptados a las características tanto del tutelado como de cada empresa y sector particulares.

El plazo de inscripción para el curso finaliza el 30 de noviembre de 2011.
